About PEER Consultants, P.C.
PEER Consultants, P.C. is a global, full-service, environmental and general civil engineering consulting firm founded in 1978 by Dr. Lilia A. Abron, a woman with a vision of minority-owned and controlled businesses participating fully the business of environmental management worldwide. This vision is now a reality.
The company provides professional services for the restoration, maintenance, and enhancement of the physical environment – air, land and water. Additionally, the company believes that humans and the physical environment and fully compatible and exists to the mutual benefit of both. The company provides its services through four major discipline areas:

Water and wastewater engineering, which includes a SSES field services group,

Environmental sciences and engineering, which includes all aspects of environmental planning, remediation and mitigation of contamination of toxic and hazardous materials and environmental studies,

General civil engineering and engineering support services, which includes construction management and inspection, Auto CADD, GIS services, and database development and management services, and

Sustainable economic development, which includes responsible energy use and energy efficiency endeavors, mitigation of Greenhouse Gas emissions, sustainability in the built environment, capacity building and jobs creation, and social responsibility.
The company presently maintains a full-time staff of 100 licensed and/or accredited professional engineers, scientists and technicians.
The company operates 10 full-staffed offices throughout the U.S. and internationally in South Africa, and Grenada, WI. PEER is known for its dedication to the environmental engineering profession and for the quality of its work products.
