" I thank you once again for your diligence in following up with me, I rely so much on your keeping us honest in these matters.  You keep us up to date in areas that would probably "fall through the cracks".  As the end of the year approaches, please accept my heartfelt gratitude for all that you have done this year, ranging from your general responsibilities to the USAF Contract and keeping your subs in line, but more importantly to me, is the hands on Customer is number one approach to the way you conduct business on behalf of your company.   I was very happy and appreciative of your extra set of eyes back in the summer when we had discovered those Site 8 remnants, your guidance and opine helped us close these sites out rapidly and very successfully with the acceptance of the regulatory oversight.  Your personal touch in this day and age of fast moving corporate dealings, is refreshing for me.   So please accept my thanks and pass it on to those that you supervise, and serve.  I hope it serves as encouragement to continue this tact with all of your customers.
